A 20% non-refundable deposit (50% for orders under £100) is required to secure your date.

We require payment in full one month prior to your chosen date. In addition to this we will ask for a fully refundable loss and breakage deposit.  This will be calculated and agreed at the point of booking.  This will be returned promptly once items have been collected and checked.  Any loss or damage to items will be deducted.

For cancellations with less than 14 days notice we are unable to offer a refund. 

We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

We are happy to deliver, collect and set up for free within a 20 mile radius from our Birmingham base (B30), with a charge of 50p per mile thereafter.

On delivery of your order, please check all items carefully and sign the supplied inventory.

Bell tent hire cost includes delivery, set up and collection. Please do not attempt to take down the tent yourself.

Our tents are strictly no smoking areas, and candles or any flames are not permitted inside the tent, or within a 5 meter radius of the tent.
